Embryo Shield is the only HEPA inline filter with 0.1 µm pore size for IVF gas lines. Smaller pore size captures more particles in incubator supply gases. Each lot is MEA and pH tested; use has been associated with improved development to expanded blastocyst stage. Washed coconut active carbon (six sterile-water washes) offers higher absorption than coal-based carbon. A connector with check valve starts gas flow on connection and stops flow on disconnect. No adhesives or chemical binders in production. Each unit is pressure-tested. Plug-and-play connectors and ergonomic magnet holders simplify installation. Embryo Shield Mild provides the same technology in a mild configuration for sensitive workflows. Replace every 6 months for best results. Manufactured in an ISO 13485:2016 facility.
