The MIRI® Time-Lapse Incubator is Esco Medical’s flagship culture and imaging platform for IVF and ART. Each chamber combines precise temperature and gas regulation with integrated time-lapse microscopy, capturing embryo development in real time while embryos remain in a stable incubation environment. Unlike spot checks that require removing dishes from the incubator, continuous monitoring reveals cleavage patterns, morphological deviations, and developmental dynamics that support more informed embryo selection — including strategies aligned with single embryo transfer and reduced multiple-pregnancy risk. Available as MIRI® TL6 (6 chambers, up to 84 embryos with CultureCoin®) or MIRI® TL12 (12 chambers, up to 168 embryos), the system features heated lids, fast CO₂ and temperature recovery, VOC/HEPA recirculation with UV sterilization, external validation ports, and an intuitive touchscreen. MIRI® TL Viewer software (with optional server) provides annotation, comparison, and decision-mapping tools; a built-in 256 GB computer safeguards image storage if connectivity is interrupted.
