Workflow: Embryo Culture

Overview

The MIRI® Multiroom Incubator is Esco Medical’s six-chamber dry benchtop system for IVF embryo culture. Each chamber operates independently so opening one lid does not disturb neighboring cultures. Heated lids (37.2 °C set point) work with optimized heating plates to deliver accurate 37.0 °C at the embryo level, with fast temperature and gas recovery after access. Pure N₂ and CO₂ or premixed gas can be used; pure gases enable cost-effective recirculation and flexible CO₂/O₂ set-points. The incubator accepts Falcon®, Nunc™, Vitrolife, LifeGlobal®, Nipro™, SparMED Oosafe®, and plain dishes via dedicated heating plates. Optional MIRI® Data Logger, stacking frames, VOC/HEPA filters, and MIRI® GA validation complete the workflow.
