Workflow: Embryo Culture

Overview

CultureCoin® is the dedicated embryo culture dish for the Esco Medical MIRI® Time-Lapse Incubator. This single-use, gamma-irradiated dish uses oxygen plasma-treated surfaces to limit bubble formation during loading and incubation. Fourteen numbered culture wells each provide a 300 µm optically clear zone for precise embryo placement and time-lapse imaging. Optional washing wells, a pH reservoir, writable lid area, and flat-bottom geometry support routine IVF culture workflows. Pack of 25 dishes (MRI-CC, item 1320088). MEA and LAL biocompatibility tested; two-year shelf life.
